We strive to ship all orders received out on the days we receive them. Please note that all orders received after 4 pm PST/PDT will ship the following business day. We do ship orders on Saturday that are received before 4 pm on Friday. All orders placed during the weekend, and after 4 pm on Friday, will not ship until Monday.
Warranty:
Canine Mobility LLC guards against defects in materials and workmanship of our Anti-Knuckling Devices and Help ‘Em Up products. We do not cover damage due to wear. Defective devices should be returned to Canine Mobility and will be replaced at no charge. As a policy we do not accept returns, but limited exceptions are made for unused products.
Exchange Policy:
Anti-Knuckling Devices and Help ‘Em Up products purchased from Canine Mobility may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for a size exchange only. We will cover the cost to ship the new item to you but you are responsible for return shipping fees back to us for your exchange. If you need assistance with measuring your dog, please reach out to us at (206) 361-4100 before ordering. Please call ahead for authorization to make your exchange with us.
